Cao Jewellery is a premium handcrafted fashion jewellery brand known for its artisan-crafted, detail-rich pieces. We're building strong offline visibility through strategic partnerships with boutiques and makeup artists, and are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive this initiative on ground.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to onboard boutiques and makeup artists (MUAs) as referral partners for CAO Jewellery. The role involves visiting boutiques/MUAs in and around Janakpuri, distributing branded pamphlets, explaining our referral program, and building lasting relationships that drive customer referrals to our store.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit boutiques, salons, and makeup artists in the target area
• Distribute pamphlets and clearly explain the referral program: 15% commission for the partner, 10% discount for the referred customer
• Build and maintain relationships with boutique owners and MUAs to ensure consistent referrals
• Maintain a database of onboarded partners with contact details and coupon codes assigned
• Track and report daily/weekly visits, conversions, and partner feedback
• Follow up with existing partners to ensure they continue referring customers
• Represent the brand professionally and communicate its premium positioning effectively
• Collect feedback from partners to help improve the pamphlet/referral program

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a similar on-ground role (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with daily fieldwork and travel within the assigned area
• Basic understanding of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred (for ease of travel)
• Prior experience in jewellery, fashion, or beauty industry sales is a plus
