Field Sales Executive

Field Sales Partner — BlinkzLocation: Delhi NCR

Engagement: 30-Day Paid Pilot (Can be started with your existing job with exciting incentives)

Role: Field Sales / Business Development

Experience: 0–2 years preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

About BlinkzBlinkz helps small businesses create and manage their own online store without the complexity and high cost of traditional e-commerce platforms.

We're looking for a motivated person who can take Blinkz directly to local businesses and help them get online.

• What you'll doVisit local shops, sellers and small businesses
• Identify businesses that can benefit from having their own online store
• Demonstrate Blinkz and explain its benefits
• Onboard interested merchants
• Help merchants create their store and add their products
• Follow up with merchants and help them get started
• Build a pipeline of local businesses through field visits and referrals
• Who we're looking forConfident communicating with business owners
• Comfortable with field sales and face-to-face meetings
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Self-motivated and willing to approach businesses directly
• Comfortable using a smartphone and basic online tools
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Freshers who are confident and energetic are welcome

30-Day Pilot We're starting with a 30-day paid pilot to test the sales opportunity.(Can be started with your existing job with exciting incentives)

The pilot will include a fixed component along with performance-based incentives. Details will be discussed during the selection process.

Based on performance and mutual fit, there may be an opportunity to continue with Blinkz after the pilot.

What we're looking forThis is not a desk-only calling job.

You'll be expected to go out, meet business owners, pitch Blinkz and get merchants onboarded.
