About the Role

1.2% Drinkable is looking for a responsible Supervisor to coordinate daily office operations and oversee field activities, ensuring smooth dispatches, deliveries and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate office work, maintain operational records and prepare daily reports.
• Supervise field staff, delivery teams and loading/unloading activities.
• Track orders, dispatches and deliveries, ensuring timely completion.
• Maintain records of jar inventory, empty jar returns and stock movement.
• Monitor staff attendance, assign duties and follow up on pending tasks.
• Visit operational locations to check service quality and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams regarding delivery requirements.
• Report delays, shortages, damages and customer complaints to management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in supervision, logistics or operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, record-keeping and WhatsApp.
• Good communication, team management and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and handle both office and field responsibilities.
• Experience in packaged drinking water, FMCG or delivery operations is an advantage.
