Field Survey Executive

Job Title: Field Promoter / Survey Executive 

 About the Role 

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and communication-oriented individuals to join our team as Field Promoters / Survey Executives. The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting and creating awareness about our Car Pooling Service by visiting different assigned locations and directly interacting with potential users.

This role involves extensive field interaction, where you will approach people, understand their daily travel requirements, explain our car pooling service, and encourage interested individuals to explore and use the service.

 Key Responsibilities

* Visit assigned locations such as residential areas, offices, commercial areas, public places, and other relevant locations.

* Approach potential customers and introduce them to our Car Pooling Service.

* Clearly explain how the car pooling service works and highlight its key benefits.

* Create awareness about the service among people who regularly travel to work or other common destinations.

* Understand the transportation and commuting requirements of potential users.

* Answer basic questions and queries regarding the service in a polite and professional manner.

* Collect relevant information and feedback from interested individuals.

* Identify people who may be interested in using the service and share their details with the concerned team.

* Maintain proper daily records of visits, interactions, leads, and feedback collected from the field.

* Submit regular updates and reports regarding daily field activities.

* Coordinate with the internal team regarding leads, customer requirements, and field feedback.

* Represent the company professionally while interacting with the public.

* Achieve assigned daily/weekly field activity and lead-generation targets.

 Candidate Requirements 

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confident personality with the ability to approach and speak with new people.

* Comfortable working in a field-based role.

* Good convincing and presentation skills.

* Ability to explain information clearly and professionally.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Basic knowledge of smartphones and applications.

* Candidates should be comfortable travelling to different assigned locations.

* Freshers are welcome to apply.

* Previous experience in field sales, promotion, surveys, marketing, customer interaction, or lead generation will be an added advantage.
