About Life PilatesLife Pilates is a modern Pilates and wellness studio built around mindful movement, elevated experiences, and a strong sense of community. With studios in Chattarpur, New Delhi and DLF Galleria, Gurugram, we offer Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Lagree, Cadillac, Animal Flow and specialised movement experiences.
We are looking for a Studio Manager who can take ownership of the day-to-day functioning of the studio while driving sales, delivering exceptional client experiences, and maintaining high operational standards.
The RoleThe Studio Manager will be responsible for the complete front-of-house, sales, client experience and daily studio operations. This is a hands-on role requiring strong communication, sales ability, attention to detail, leadership and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced premium wellness environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue
- Drive monthly studio sales and membership/package targets.
- Handle new enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram and walk-ins.
- Convert leads into memberships, packages and PT sessions.
- Conduct studio tours and explain packages, memberships and experiences.
- Follow up with leads, trial clients and inactive/expiring clients.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and daily follow-up system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, renewals and upgrades.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Client Experience & Customer Service
- Be the primary point of contact for clients at the studio.
- Deliver a warm, personalised and premium client experience.
- Manage client queries, feedback, complaints and service recovery.
- Build strong relationships with regular clients and members.
- Ensure client preferences and special requirements are communicated to the relevant team.
- Monitor client retention and proactively engage with clients whose packages are expiring or becoming inactive.
Bookings & Scheduling
- Manage daily class, PT and trainer bookings.
- Coordinate customer schedules and trainer availability.
- Handle cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals and no-shows according to studio policy.
- Maintain accurate booking records and ensure studio capacity is optimised.
- Coordinate waitlists and fill cancelled slots wherever possible.
- Ensure trainers have accurate daily schedules.
Front Desk & Studio Operations
- Oversee all front-desk operations and opening/closing procedures.
- Ensure the reception, studio, changing areas, café and common areas maintain Life Pilates standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, café and other operational staff.
- Monitor inventory and raise requirements for supplies and consumables.
- Ensure studio equipment and facilities are maintained and issues are reported promptly.
- Maintain smooth day-to-day functioning of the studio.
Staff Management
- Manage and coordinate trainers, front-desk/reception, café and support staff.
- Prepare and monitor staff schedules and shifts.
- Ensure punctuality, attendance and professional conduct.
- Coordinate trainer schedules based on client demand and studio requirements.
- Communicate daily priorities and operational updates to the team.
- Monitor service quality and address operational issues promptly.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain daily sales, booking, attendance and lead reports.
- Track package utilisation, expiries, renewals and client retention.
- Maintain accurate client databases and records.
- Share daily/weekly operational and sales updates with management.
- Monitor payments and ensure all bookings are made against valid packages/payments.
- Coordinate with management on promotions, events and studio initiatives.
- What We're Looking For2–5 years of experience in studio management, hospitality, premium retail, fitness, wellness, hospitality or a similar customer-facing environment.
- Strong sales and conversion skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable managing teams and taking ownership of operations.
- Customer-first mindset with a high attention to detail.
- Professional, polished and confident personality.
- Comfortable using booking systems, CRM tools, WhatsApp and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve client issues calmly.
- Prior experience in Pilates, fitness, wellness, hospitality or luxury/premium service environments is preferred.
