Full Stack Developer

About the job:

We are looking for a fast-moving, resourceful developer who leverages modern AI tools to ship production-ready features, build sleek UI/UX, and maintain existing web apps and services. You do not need to write hundreds of lines of code from scratch every day; instead, you will orchestrate AI models and agents to code, prototype interfaces, automate workflows, and maintain our live systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain, refactor, and scale existing production web apps, databases, and APIs.

2. Use AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to write clean, secure, and maintainable code 3-5x faster than traditional development.

3. Quickly prototype and implement clean, responsive UI/UX using AI design-to-code platforms (v0, Lovable, Bolt, Tailwind).

4. Review, test, and debug all AI-generated output to ensure zero security flaws, logical bugs, or performance regressions.

5. Connect third-party APIs, webhooks, and automation pipelines between running databases, servers, and internal tools.

Other requirements:

1. Foundational coding literacy: Strong ability to read, comprehend, and troubleshoot JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, HTML/CSS, and SQL.

2. Mastery of AI developer tools: Deep daily experience with tools like Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, v0, Bolt.new, or similar AI engineering environments.

3. Production debugging: Proven ability to trace errors in an existing legacy or live codebase rather than just building throwaway prototypes.

4. UI/UX eye: Good product intuition- ability to prompt and polish modern, clean, mobile-responsive interfaces using modern component libraries (e.g., Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui).

5. API & backend comfort: Hands-on experience working with REST APIs, authentication flows, webhooks, and database schemas.

SalaryProbation: Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
