Job Title: GeM & Tender Executive – Tendering, Documentation & Client CoordinationLocation: Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time | Work from Office
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and capability
About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented GeM & Tender Executive who can independently handle day-to-day tender-related activities, GeM operations, documentation, customer records and coordination with OEMs/principals.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GeM portal operations and government tenders and should be comfortable managing multiple activities with strict deadlines.
- Key Responsibilities1. GeM & Tender ManagementSearch and identify relevant GeM bids, government tenders and other e-tender opportunities.
- Review tender documents and understand eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, EMD, commercial terms and submission requirements.
- Prepare and submit bids/tenders within the prescribed deadlines.
- Handle complete tender documentation, including declarations, undertakings, compliance sheets, quotations and supporting documents.
- Monitor tender status, corrigendums, clarifications, technical evaluations, Reverse Auctions and results
