Graphic Designer

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign creative posts, carousels, reels covers, banners, and advertisements for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Create marketing creatives for e-waste collection campaigns, electronic appliance recycling, and sustainability initiatives.
• Design brochures, company presentations, pitch decks, flyers, and sales collaterals.
• Develop creative concepts for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement campaigns.
• Maintain consistent branding across all digital and offline communication materials.
• Edit short-form videos and create basic motion graphics for social media reels.
• Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to understand campaign requirements.
• Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, and creative marketing techniques.
• Required SkillsProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of typography, colours, layouts, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create clean, modern, and engaging designs.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
