Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Graphic Designer to join our institute. The ideal candidate should be able to create engaging visual content, edit videos/reels, and manage regular social media content for our institute.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design creative and engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, and promotional creatives.

2. Create and edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and educational content.

3. Develop fresh and engaging content ideas based on courses, student activities, admissions, events, and institute updates.

4. Handle the regular posting and scheduling of content across social media platforms.

5. Maintain a consistent visual identity and branding across all social media channels.

6. Edit raw footage into engaging and professional videos suitable for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.

7. Create promotional creatives for new courses, offers, admissions, events, workshops, and campaigns.

8. Work with the marketing/team to plan a monthly/weekly content calendar.

9. Stay updated with current social media trends, Reels formats, editing styles, and creative trends.

10. Take basic photos/videos of institute activities and convert them into social media content when required.

Required Skills :

1. Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or similar graphic design tools.

2. Good video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.

3. Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and social media content formats.

4. Ability to create Reels and short-form videos that are engaging and trend-focused.

5. Good sense of design, typography, colors, composition, and branding.

6. Creative thinking and ability to generate new content ideas independently.

7. Good communication skills and ability to understand marketing requirements.

Preferred:

1. Experience working with education/training institutes, coaching institutes, or similar businesses.

2. Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy.

3. Knowledge of AI tools for content creation, image generation, video generation, and editing will be an advantage.

4. Basic photography/videography skills will be a plus.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our social media creative work — from coming up with ideas to designing the creative, editing the video, and publishing the final content.The candidate should be able to consistently produce high-quality, creative, and engaging content rather than only working on designs provided by the team.
