Job Role:

Selling membership/subscription plans for the Bharat Matrimony application.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Make outbound calls and follow up on assigned leads .

·        Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages .

·        Explain product features and benefits of Shaadi packages .

·        Build strong relationships and trust with customers

·        Achieve sales targets and maintain quality standards

·        Encourage customers to upgrade or renew their matrimony plans.

Eligibility:

·        Minimum 1 year experience in BPO industry (With Work Proof Documents)

·        12 + Graduate candidates can apply [Diploma - 3 years of Course]

·        Fresher’s may also apply [Graduated]

Salary & Benefits:

·        Fixed Salary

·        Incentives: ₹4,000 – ₹10,000

·        Fixed weekly off: Sunday
