Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive who can generate quality B2B leads and manage complete digital advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate quality leads through Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads and relevant ad networks
- Plan, launch, optimize and scale paid advertising campaigns
- Use AI tools effectively for ad creatives, copywriting, audience research, campaign optimization and lead analysis
- Work on lead generation funnels, landing pages and conversion tracking
- Identify new advertising platforms, networks and lead generation opportunities
- Monitor CPL, conversion rate, ROAS and overall campaign performance
- Prepare clear daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
- Suggest new strategies to continuously improve lead quality and reduce acquisition cost
- Coordinate with the sales team to analyze which campaigns are generating actual business
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Knowledge of B2B lead generation
- Good understanding of AI tools and automation
- Experience with analytics, reporting and conversion tracking
- Ability to independently research, test and find new lead-generation opportunities
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills
