📋 Key Responsibilities:
👋 Welcome guests warmly and provide professional hospitality.
🪑 Manage guest seating arrangements and coordinate table allocation.
😊 Ensure guests receive a comfortable and pleasant dining experience.
🍽️ Assist guests with basic food and beverage information.
🍷 Provide suitable food and wine pairing suggestions when required.
💬 Understand guest requirements and respond to queries professionally.
📈 Promote appropriate food and beverage items through effective upselling.
🤝 Build positive relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits.
📋 Maintain accurate guest registration and seating records.
🧹 Coordinate with restaurant staff to maintain proper service standards.
⭐ Handle guest concerns politely and escalate issues to the concerned team when required.
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
