Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
  • Post job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, documentation and joining.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
  • Maintain attendance, leave and employee records.
  • Prepare basic HR MIS and recruitment reports.
  • Support the HR team in day-to-day HR activities.
