Job Description
Hiring For an HR Recruiter, the candidate should have a strong understanding of recruitment JDs (Job Descriptions) and should be able to use them effectively for sourcing and screening candidates.
- Key Skills Required:Understand and analyze recruitment JDs
- Identify key skills, qualifications, and experience required for a role
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms
- Screen CVs based on JD requirements
- Match candidate profiles with the job requirements
- Conduct initial HR/telephonic screening
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Discuss salary, notice period, experience, and availability
- Coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain proper recruitment documentation
- Understand technical/functional requirements for specialized positions
Most importantly: The HR Recruiter should be able to read a JD, understand what the company actually needs, and identify whether a candidate genuinely matches those requirements.
