Immigration Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and evaluate clients' educational, professional, financial, and personal profiles.
• Suggest suitable immigration and visa options based on client requirements.
• Explain visa processes, eligibility criteria, documentation, and timelines clearly.
• Conduct counselling sessions through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
• Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM/database information.
• Coordinate with internal processing teams for smooth client handling.
• Stay updated on immigration rules, visa policies, and destination-country requirements.
• Build strong and professional relationships with clients throughout the counselling process.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and persuasive client-handling abilities.
• Strong interest in sales and achieving targets.
• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn about international immigration and visa processes.

Location: Nehru Place, Delhi

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
