KRA's:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers/professionals and generate new business opportunities.
• Connect with professionals, understand their requirements and effectively communicate our products/services.
• Handle cold calling, lead follow-ups and professional sign-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through regular communication.
• Convert leads into successful sign-ups and contribute directly to business growth.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and overall performance.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, energetic and professional communication over the phone.
• Strong cold-calling, convincing, negotiation and sales skills.
• Excellent listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
