Interior Site Supervisor

Ridhi Sidhi Estates & Securities Private Limited is looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to manage and supervise interior execution work at our residential and commercial project sites.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all interior work is completed as per approved drawings, design, quality standards, budget and timelines. This is primarily a field/site-based role, and the candidate will be required to visit and manage multiple Ridhi Sidhi project sites as assigned.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day interior work at company project sites.
• Coordinate and manage contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, POP/false ceiling teams, tile workers and other vendors.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, designs and specifications.
• Check the quality and finishing of all interior work.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure projects are completed within committed timelines.
• Take measurements and verify quantities of materials and completed work.
• Coordinate material requirements, availability and delivery at sites.
• Prevent material wastage and maintain proper utilisation of company resources.
• Identify site-level problems and coordinate with management, architects, designers and contractors for quick resolution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain proper progress updates.
• Ensure contractors and workers follow safety and cleanliness standards at the site.
• Verify contractor work before reporting completion or recommending payment.
• Maintain records of site progress, labour, material consumption and pending work.
• Coordinate between different teams to avoid delays or conflicts during execution.
• Be ready to travel between Ridhi Sidhi Estates project sites as per company requirements.
• Candidate RequirementsDiploma / B.Tech / relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction or related field preferred.
• Practical experience in interior/site supervision will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, ceiling, painting, modular work and finishing.
• Ability to understand architectural/interior drawings and site measurements.
• Strong contractor and labour management skills.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving ability.
• Candidate should be comfortable with a field-based job and multiple site visits.
• Should be responsible, disciplined and focused on quality and timely completion.
