Inventory Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organised Inventory Manager to manage inventory, supervise warehouse operations and ensure smooth order fulfilment for our growing D2C jewellery brand

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily inventory, stock inward and outward and SKU-wise stock records.
• Supervise and manage the inventory, packing and dispatch team.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing and timely dispatch of orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across the website and e-commerce marketplaces.
• Conduct regular stock audits, reconciliation and physical stock verification.
• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for smooth deliveries.
• Manage customer returns, RTOs and stock adjustments.
• Monitor stock levels, replenishment requirements and inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain daily MIS reports related to inventory, orders and dispatch.
• Improve warehouse efficiency, stock organisation and operational processes.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in e-commerce, fashion or jewellery.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management software.
• Experience in team handling, order processing and logistics coordination.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage daily inventory and operations
