IT Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Generate new leads independently through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels.

- Identify potential clients and generate business opportunities for the company.

- Promote and sell IT services, including software development, web development, and other IT solutions.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to propose suitable IT solutions.

- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and deal closure.

- Bring new projects and revenue-generating business to the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in **IT sales, software sales, or IT services sales**.

- Candidates must have prior experience in the same industry.

- Proven ability to generate leads independently and close deals.

- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

- Strong negotiation, networking, and client relationship management skills.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and focused on business development.

Compensation & Work Options

Full-Time Role: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, plus attractive performance-based incentives.

Commission-Based Role: Candidates who can bring IT projects and generate business through their own contacts can also work with us on a commission or revenue-sharing basis.

Key Requirement: The candidate must be capable of generating business and bringing IT projects to the company.
