Junior Account Executive

Job Summary:

Denzour Nutrition Private Limited is a growing health and nutrition company committed to delivering high-quality nutritional and health supplement products to consumers across India. As we scale our digital and e-commerce presence, we are looking for a seasoned marketing leader to own and drive our performance marketing and digital commerce engine.

We are looking for a Junior Accountant with 5 years of hands-on experience in the e-commerce industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge of day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, GST, TDS, marketplace settlements, and financial documentation. Experience working in a CA firm or handling accounting/compliance work will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.

* Handle e-commerce sales, purchases, returns, refunds, and expenses.

* Reconcile Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplace settlements.

* Manage bank, customer, vendor and ledger reconciliations.

* Handle GST, TDS and other accounting-related compliances.

* Verify invoices, debit/credit notes and payment records.

* Prepare MIS reports and support monthly/annual closing.

* Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and marketplaces for financial discrepancies.

* Assist in audits and provide required financial documents.

* Maintain accurate records in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

Required Skills:

* 5 years of relevant accounting experience.

* Hands-on experience in e-commerce accounting is mandatory.

* Good knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime, GST, TDS and Advanced Excel.

* Strong reconciliation and bookkeeping skills.

* Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

* Ability to independently manage accounting activities and meet deadlines.
