Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive to assist in day-to-day accounting and office work. The candidate should have basic knowledge of Tally Prime, accounting entries and financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Basic accounting entries in Tally Prime
  • Recording purchase, sales, payment, receipt and journal entries
  • Maintaining ledgers and basic accounting records
  • Assisting in preparation of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet
  • Basic Excel and data entry work
  • Assisting in GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other accounting/compliance work
  • Maintaining client documents and records
  • Other accounting and office work as assigned

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting and journal entries
  • Working knowledge of Tally Prime
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Willingness to learn taxation and compliance work
  • Good attitude and ability to work under guidance

Freshers with good basic accounting knowledge can also apply
