# Job Description – Laptop Hardware Technician

**Job Title:** Laptop Hardware Technician

**Department:** IT / Administration

**Location:**  Delhi

**Experience:** 1–3 Years

### Key Responsibilities

* Diagnose and repair laptop hardware issues, including motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, battery, display, keyboard, and charging problems.

* Install, replace, and upgrade laptop hardware components.

* Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive checks of company laptops.

* Install and configure Windows, drivers, software, and required system utilities.

* Maintain records of laptop allocation, repairs, replacements, and hardware inventory.

* Coordinate with vendors/service centers for warranty and major repairs when required.

* Ensure timely resolution of employee laptop and hardware-related issues.

* Maintain proper documentation of IT assets and repair expenses.

* Provide basic technical support to employees for hardware and system-related issues.

* Ensure company IT assets are handled and maintained properly.

### Requirements

* Diploma/Certification in Hardware & Networking, IT, or a related field.

* 1–3 years of relevant experience in laptop/computer hardware support.

* Good knowledge of laptop hardware troubleshooting and Windows OS.

* Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and basic networking will be an advantage.

* Good communication and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage multiple hardware support requests efficiently.
