Telesales Executive – Life Insurance
Company: M11 Insurance Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 + Attractive Incentives
Experience: 1–3 Years
About the RoleWe’re looking for confident and communication-focused Telesales Executives to join our Life Insurance team. If you’re comfortable talking to customers, good at convincing people, and looking for a stable career with growth opportunities, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers through calls and understand their requirements.
- Explain Life Insurance plans, benefits, and features.
- Handle customer queries and build good customer relationships.
- Follow up with interested customers and leads.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain basic customer and calling records.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Insurance Sales, or a similar role.
- Experience in Life Insurance will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
