Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Loan Executive who has strong knowledge and practical experience in handling Personal Loans, Car Loans, and Business Loans. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with customers, understanding their financial requirements, and assisting them throughout the loan process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and handle loan leads through various sources.
• Connect with customers and understand their loan requirements.
• Handle Personal Loan, Car Loan, and Business Loan enquiries.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with customers and banks/NBFCs for loan processing.
• Follow up with customers for documents and application status.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve monthly targets.
• Ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales teams, and financial institutions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and loan status.
• Achieve assigned disbursement and conversion targets.
• Required Skills & Experience1–3+ years of experience in the loan/financial services industry preferred.
• Must have hands-on experience in Personal Loan, Car Loan, and Business Loan.
• Good knowledge of loan eligibility, documentation, and processing.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM will be an advantage.

Preferred CandidateCandidates currently working with banks, NBFCs, DSA, fintech companies, or loan agencies with relevant loan sales experience are preferred.
