Logistics Coordinator

KHET Perfumes is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse & Logistics Associate to manage day-to-day warehouse activities, coordinate material movement and assist with the transportation and handling of products and event materials. The role involves hands-on warehouse work as well as travelling to events and exhibitions whenever required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Management: Receive, check, arrange and store perfumes, packaging materials, promotional merchandise and other inventory.
• Order Handling: Pick, pack, label and prepare products for dispatch as per order requirements.
• Inventory Management: Maintain stock records, track inward and outward movements, and report shortages, damages or discrepancies.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with delivery partners, transporters and internal team members to ensure timely dispatches and deliveries.
• Event Support: Travel to exhibitions, pop-ups and brand events to transport, load, unload, arrange and manage perfumes, display materials, stalls and promotional merchandise.
• Material Handling: Ensure products and event materials are packed, transported, stored and handled safely.
• Stock Reconciliation: Assist with counting and verifying stock before and after events, dispatches and deliveries.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with basic safety practices.
• Operational Support: Assist the operations team with daily tasks and other logistics-related activities as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations, packing, logistics or material handling is preferred; freshers may also apply.
• Physically fit and comfortable with loading, unloading and moving cartons and event materials.
• Willingness to travel locally for events, exhibitions and deliveries whenever required.
• Basic counting, record-keeping and communication skills.
• Punctual, responsible, organised and willing to work in a hands-on role.
