We work with leading corporates, luxury events, retail stores, and gifting partners across India. We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Executive to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient movement of our products from kitchen to customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & DispatchCoordinate daily dispatches for retail, corporate, and online orders.
• Plan and schedule deliveries with drivers and delivery partners.
• Ensure all orders are packed, labelled, and dispatched accurately.
• Monitor delivery timelines and resolve any delivery-related delays.
• Inventory & Stock MovementMaintain records of inward and outward stock movement.
• Coordinate with the production and packing teams for dispatch readiness.
• Track packaging material inventory and coordinate replenishment requirements.
• Ensure accurate stock transfers between kitchen, warehouse, and retail stores.
• Vendor & Delivery CoordinationCoordinate with third-party logistics providers and local delivery vendors.
• Follow up with transport partners for shipment status and proof of delivery.
• Resolve delivery issues, returns, and replacement logistics efficiently.
• Documentation & ReportingPrepare delivery challans, dispatch records, and logistics documentation.
• Maintain daily dispatch and delivery reports.
• Update order status and logistics records in Excel or company software.
• Report pending deliveries, returns, and discrepancies to the reporting manager.
• Customer & Internal CoordinationCoordinate with the Sales, Operations, Kitchen, and Packaging teams.
• Ensure urgent corporate and gifting orders are prioritized.
• Handle customer delivery queries professionally when required.

Mandatory Eligibility CriteriaCandidates must meet all of the following requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline. (Mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse, or operations. (Mandatory)
• Basic understanding of English (reading, writing, and speaking). (Mandatory)
• Must reside in or around Chattarpur, Mehrauli, Saket, Vasant Kunj, Aya Nagar, Neb Sarai, Ghitorni, or nearby South Delhi locations. (Mandatory)
• Required SkillsGood organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deliveries simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WhatsApp Business.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in dispatch documentation.
• Ability to work under deadlines during festive and high-order seasons.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in food, FMCG, bakery, gifting, or e-commerce logistics.
• Familiarity with courier aggregators and local delivery operations.
• Punctual, responsible, and proactive in problem-solving.

Salary₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance.)

• Working Days & Timings6 Days a Week
• 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Additional hours may be required during festive seasons and large corporate gifting projects.
