Marketing Executive

WE’RE HIRINGSocial Media & Creative Content + Business Development ExecutiveWe’re a small, growing framing & lamination workshop based in South Delhi, and we’re looking for a creative, outgoing female professional who can help us build our social media presence while also bringing in new business.

This is a part-time / hybrid role, perfect for someone who enjoys both creating content and meeting people.

WHAT YOU’LL DO📱 Social Media & Content Creation — 2 Days/Week

• Visit our workshop in Kotla Mubarakpur, near South Ex
• Shoot creative videos, reels and behind-the-scenes content
• Come up with fresh content ideas for Instagram & social media
• Showcase our framing, lamination work, workshop process and finished products creatively
• Help build and maintain our social media presence

🤝 Business Development — 3 Days/Week

• Visit art galleries, interior stores, décor shops, artists, photographers, designers and other relevant businesses
• Introduce our framing & lamination services
• Build relationships and generate potential business leads
• Follow up with prospective clients
• Explore new opportunities for getting regular framing work for our workshop
• Help expand our B2B client network in Delhi
• WHO WE’RE LOOKING FORFemale candidate
• Creative and comfortable in front of/behind the camera
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident enough to meet and speak with new people
• Has a good understanding of Instagram/Reels/social media trends
• Basic video shooting & editing skills
• Proactive, independent and willing to take initiative
• Comfortable with field visits and travelling around Delhi
• Prior experience in social media, content creation, sales or business development is a plus, but not mandatory
• A genuine interest in design, interiors, art, photography or décor would be an added advantage

WORKING STRUCTURE📍 Workshop: Kotla Mubarakpur, near South Ex, New Delhi

2 days/week: Workshop visit + content creation

3 days/week: Field visits + business development

This is primarily a remote/field-based role, with only 2 days requiring you to work from the workshop.
