Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Marketing Manager to promote our products and services through on-ground marketing activities, customer engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute field marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Conduct market visits to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through door-to-door campaigns, events, roadshows, and promotional activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, retailers, distributors, and local partners.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations, sampling activities, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Monitor competitor activities, customer preferences, and market trends.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve lead generation and revenue targets.
  • Prepare daily activity reports, lead reports, and campaign performance updates.
  • Ensure effective use of marketing materials and promotional budgets.
