About the RoleDigisparx Digital Solutions LLP is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be performance-driven, analytical, and capable of developing and executing campaigns focused on leads, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Manage Google Ads, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns.
• Develop campaign strategies based on business goals and target audiences.
• Monitor key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
• Test and optimize ad copies, creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and reduce acquisition costs.
• Set up and monitor pixels, conversion tracking, events, and analytics.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop performance-focused ad creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest Meta and Google Ads features, policies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience managing lead generation and conversion campaigns.
• Strong understanding of targeting, retargeting, campaign optimization, and marketing funnels.
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance reporting.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with multiple industries or clients.
• Google Ads and/or Meta certifications.
• Experience with lead generation campaigns and CRM integrations.
• Previous digital marketing agency experience will be an added advantage.
