Job Description

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Collect, organize, and analyze data from different departments.

Maintain Excel sheets, databases, and records accurately.

Prepare sales, purchase, inventory, e-commerce, and performance reports.

Create dashboards, summaries, and automated reports using MS Excel and cloud-based tools.

Manage and maintain data on cloud platforms and shared databases.

Use AI tools to automate reporting, data analysis, data cleaning, and routine tasks.

Track important business data and highlight discrepancies or key updates to management.

Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify required information.

Ensure timely reporting, data accuracy, and proper data management.

Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation, cloud solutions, and AI tools.

Perform other MIS and data-related tasks assigned by management.
