Job Description
Job Title: Office Assistant / Peon
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Assistant / Peon to support daily office operations and maintain a clean, organised workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve tea, water and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Maintain cleanliness and basic office arrangement
- Handle photocopying, printing, filing and document movement
- Deliver/collect documents, parcels and small office items
- Assist with banking, courier and other outside office work when required
- Help staff with basic day-to-day office tasks
- Monitor office supplies and inform the concerned person when stock is low
- Support packing or other operational work when required
Requirements:
- Honest, punctual and responsible
- Polite and well-mannered
- Basic reading and writing ability
- Willingness to perform indoor and outdoor office tasks
- Previous office experience preferred but not mandatory
Job Type: Full-Time
