Job Description
Gizmophy is looking for a responsible, honest, and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office activities and maintain a clean and organized workplace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office
* Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff members and visitors
* Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic office work
* Collect and deliver documents, parcels, and couriers
* Purchase office supplies and perform local office errands
* Assist with packing and handling e-commerce orders when required
* Support staff with routine administrative tasks
* Open and close the office as instructed
* Ensure pantry and office supplies are properly stocked
