Job Description
Amazon Account & Ads: Manage Seller Central daily operations, monitor listing health, handle customer queries, track buy box/inventory alerts, and assist with running and monitoring basic Amazon PPC ad campaigns.
Website Management: Process incoming website orders, coordinate dispatches, update stock counts, and ensure order status emails/tracking details are synced.
Order Packaging & Dispatch: Quality-check finished goods, neatly pack customer orders, print shipping labels/invoices, paste barcodes, and coordinate daily pickups with courier executives.
Inventory & Office Admin: Maintain accurate daily inventory counts in Google Sheets/Excel, log returns (RTOs/customer returns), restock undamaged inventory, and track packaging materials (boxes, dust bags, tape, tags).
General E-commerce Tasks: Assist with new product listings, catalog updates, price adjustments, and other day-to-day office tasks.
