Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business operations
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, warehouses, and logistics partners for timely execution
• Process and monitor orders, dispatches, deliveries, and closures as per defined timelines
• Verify operational details such as quantities, SKUs, sizes, pricing, tax information, and delivery addresses
• Track operational progress and regularly update status reports and trackers
• Follow up proactively with stakeholders to close pending operational dependencies
• Take complete ownership of assigned operational tasks and ensure timely closure
• Identify potential operational issues, delays, or discrepancies and escalate proactively
• Support issue resolution by coordinating with relevant teams and external partners
• Maintain accurate documentation related to orders, invoices, dispatches, and delivery confirmations
• Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal guidelines
• Maintain high data accuracy across systems, trackers, and operational reports
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce execution errors
