Job Description
Operations Executive
Location: Industrial Area, GT Karnal Road, Delhi – 110033 (Near Model Town MetroStation)
Key Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and track purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for timely procurement and delivery of materials
Maintain updated purchase records, invoices, and documentation
Assist with dispatch and logistics coordination as per project requirements
Liaise with internal teams to understand procurement needs and delivery timelines
Prepare and maintain basic MIS reports for internal review
Ensure smooth office coordination and assist with day-to-day operations
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in Operations and Purchase coordination
Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, Tally ERP, and email communication
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Ability to handle responsibilities independently and efficiently
