Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced UV Printing Machine Engineer who can independently handle machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of GETHRAY UV Printing Machines. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of machine electronics, PCBs/boards, electrical components, printing systems, and related machine mechanisms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, commission, and set up GETHRAY UV Printing Machines at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve machine errors, breakdowns, and technical issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of UV printing machines.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software-related problems.
• Have good knowledge of machine boards/PCBs, control cards, sensors, motors, drivers, SMPS, relays, and wiring.
• Troubleshoot and replace faulty electronic boards and machine components.
• Handle issues related to print heads, ink systems, UV lamps/LED UV systems, pumps, motors, and carriage systems.
• Configure machine software, drivers, RIP-related settings, and communication between PC and machine.
• Understand machine wiring diagrams and electrical/electronic schematics.
• Conduct machine testing and calibration after installation or repair.
• Provide technical support and training to customers/operators.
• Maintain service reports and document machine errors, repairs, and replacement parts.
• Coordinate with the technical team for complex machine issues and spare-parts requirements.
• Travel to customer locations whenever required for installation and service.
• Required SkillsHands-on experience with UV Printing Machines.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of PCBs/boards and electronic components.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of sensors, motors, drivers, SMPS, relays, wiring, and controllers.
• Ability to read and understand electrical/electronic wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of UV printing machine software and basic computer networking.
• Ability to independently identify machine faults and provide solutions.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for installation and service assignments.
• Educational QualificationDiploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
• Candidates with strong hands-on experience in UV printing machine service may also be considered.

Preferred ExperienceExperience in installation and troubleshooting of GETHRAY or similar UV flatbed/roll-to-roll printing machines will be preferred.
