Engineering Drawing & Quotation Preparation Executive

Location: Okhla, Delhi

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Employment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and modify engineering/technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Read and understand engineering drawings, specifications and BOMs.
• Prepare customer quotations, estimates and cost sheets.
• Calculate material quantities and prepare BOQ based on drawings.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Purchase and Sales teams.
• Revise drawings and quotations based on customer requirements.
• Maintain drawing, quotation and project documentation.
• Ensure accuracy in dimensions, quantities, pricing and specifications.
• Prepare quotations using MS Excel and maintain quotation records.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering drawings.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Understanding of BOM, BOQ and material estimation.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing/engineering processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
