Real Estate Sales Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant Real Estate Sales experience

Salary: Between ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (+ incentive)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle real estate sales activities and generate business from prospective clients.
• Understand project specifications, pricing, inventory and other relevant details.
• Follow up with leads and prospective buyers through calls, meetings and other communication channels.
• Conduct site visits and assist clients throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve individual and project-specific sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking and closure processes.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
• Stay updated about the assigned real estate project and market conditions.
• Ensure professional communication and a smooth customer experience.
• Work towards converting leads into successful bookings/closures.

Working Hours

Option 1 – Regular Shift:

Approximately 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Option 2 – Another Shift:

Approximately 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Eligibility

• Only candidates with prior Real Estate experience should apply.
• Freshers are not eligible for this position.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant real estate sales experience is preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable working on-site at Dwarka Sector 19B.
• Candidates applying for the extended-shift option should be comfortable with the required working hours and commute arrangements.
• Salary & IncentivesSalary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
• Salary will be decided based on the candidate's experience, skills and suitability for the role.
• Incentives may vary depending on the project, sales performance, successful closures and company incentive structure.
