Our objective is to understand genuine public grievances, assist with proper documentation, coordinate with appropriate Government / Public Authorities and work towards lawful, peaceful and transparent resolution through proper channels.
The selected Women Professionals will support Administration, Operations, Public Grievance Coordination, Field-Level Activities, Government Coordination, Documentation and other authorised programmes of our Organisations across India.
NATURE OF THE JOB:
This is a FIELD-ORIENTED PAN-INDIA position.
THIS IS NOT A DESK-ONLY JOB.
Frequent Field Visits and Inter-State / Pan-India Travel are essential and mandatory parts of this position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Pan-India Administration & Operations
• Multi-State Operations Coordination
• Public Grievance Coordination
• Direct interaction with poor, vulnerable and distressed people
• Understanding genuine public grievances
• Guiding applicants regarding proper documentation and grievance procedures
• Government / Public Authority Coordination
• Government Correspondence & Follow-up
• Revenue-related matters and documentation
• Land / Property-related Public Grievance Documentation
• Farmer & Beneficiary Assistance
• Social Welfare & Rural Development Activities
• State / District / Field Team Coordination
• Staff & Coordinator Management
• Preparation of Official Letters, Representations and Reports
• Case File Management & Documentation
• MIS / Excel / Digital Record Management
• Coordination with authorised Advocates and Legal Professionals
• Authorised case-related coordination concerning Local / District Courts, Revenue Courts, Tribunals and State High Courts
• Tracking petitions, replies, hearing dates, orders and case status
• Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Reporting
• Participation in Public Welfare, Awareness and Field Programmes
FIELD WORK & TRAVEL – MANDATORY:
Candidates must be willing and prepared to:
• Travel frequently across India
• Undertake regular Inter-State Travel
• Work actively at Field Level
• Visit Villages & Rural Areas
• Visit Mandal / Block Offices
• Visit District Headquarters
• Visit Government Departments
• Visit Revenue Offices / Collectorates
• Visit appropriate Public Authorities
• Attend Official Meetings and Field Programmes
• Coordinate with authorised Legal Professionals
• Undertake authorised coordination relating to Local / District Courts, Revenue Courts, Tribunals and State High Courts
• Travel across allotted States / Operational Zones
• Stay outside the base location whenever official work requires travel
WILLINGNESS FOR FREQUENT PAN-INDIA FIELD TRAVEL IS MANDATORY.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Graduate – Mandatory

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 Years Relevant Professional Experience – Mandatory

SALARY:

OFFICIAL TRAVEL EXPENSES:
Approved Official Travel Expenses / TA / DA / Accommodation will be provided separately as per applicable policy.
Official Travel Expenses are separate from Salary.
