Relationship Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented candidates for Health Insurance Sales through assigned PSU Bank branches. The candidate will be responsible for generating health insurance business by interacting with bank customers and coordinating with branch staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and work from assigned PSU Bank branches.
• Generate leads from bank customers and branch referrals.
• Explain health insurance plans, benefits, coverage and premium details to customers.
• Convert leads into health insurance policies.
• Build and maintain good relationships with bank staff and customers.
• Coordinate with the Branch Manager and bank employees for business generation.
• Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in insurance, banking or sales preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in a bank branch environment.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in a sales role.
