Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our Dhan team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with potential clients from the provided data/leads.
- Assist clients in opening and completing their Dhan Demat & Trading Account.
- Guide clients through the account opening and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle client queries and provide proper support and service.
- Achieve monthly account opening and business targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in Sales, Financial Services, or Demat Account opening will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of the stock market and investment products is an advantage.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused attitude.
