Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager at Sneakinn is responsible for managing the overall customer experience and day-to- day operations of the store. As one of the primary customer-facing representatives of the brand, the Store Manager will ensure that every customer visiting the store for article drop-off or collection receives a warm, professional, and seamless experience.

The role involves managing customer interactions, article intake and handover, store inventory, cash collections, store presentation, and coordination with backend operations teams. The ideal candidate should be confident, hospitable, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of customer concerns while maintaining Sneakinn's premium service standards.

Key Responsibilities

 Welcome and assist customers visiting the store for article drop-off and collection while ensuring a professional and hospitable experience.

 Accurately register incoming articles and ensure all customer and order information is properly recorded in the system.

 Explain Sneakinn's services, processes, timelines, and pricing to customers whenever required.

 Ensure articles are properly tagged, documented, stored, and handed over according to company processes.

 Maintain store cleanliness, presentation, and overall aesthetics in accordance with Sneakinn's brand standards.

 Manage store inventory and ensure consumables, packaging materials, and other stock are properly maintained and recorded.

 Handle daily cash and digital collections and prepare accurate end-of-day financial summaries.

 Follow up with customers regarding the collection of completed orders and pending payments wherever applicable.

 Manage customer queries, concerns, and grievances politely, confidently, and with a solution-oriented approach.

 Coordinate closely with workshop, logistics, customer experience, and other backend teams to ensure smooth processing and movement of customer articles.

 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inventory, payments, and article movements.

 Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational processes at all times.

 Take ownership of the overall customer experience at the store and ensure issues are escalated and resolved promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements

 Prior experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.

 Strong verbal communication skills in English with the confidence to interact professionally with customers.

 A polished, polite, and hospitable personality with a strong customer-service orientation.

 Ability to confidently handle customer concerns and resolve situations calmly and professionally.

 Basic understanding of cash handling, digital payments, and maintaining financial records.

 Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

 Comfortable using computers, billing systems, WhatsApp, and other basic digital tools.

 Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment.

 Strong coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with backend operations and logistics teams.

 Proactive, responsible, and ownership-driven approach towards store operations and customer experience.

Ideal Candidate

This role would be well suited for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, takes pride in maintaining a premium retail environment, and is comfortable taking complete ownership of daily store operations. Candidates with experience in premium retail, fashion, luxury brands, hospitality, salons, automobile showrooms, jewellery, lifestyle stores, or other customer-focused businesses will have an advantage.
