Sales Executive

M.K. Lighting is seeking a confident, results-oriented Sales Executive for our Luxury Lighting & Customised Chandelier division.

The candidate will handle incoming customer enquiries and convert qualified leads into orders through professional consultation, regular follow-ups and effective sales closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp and other enquiry sources

• Understand customer requirements, project type, size and budget

• Recommend suitable chandeliers and customised lighting solutions

• Prepare/share quotations and follow up consistently

• Negotiate professionally and close orders

• Maintain complete lead and follow-up records in CRM

• Coordinate with designers and internal teams for customized projects

• Build relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers and commercial clients

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong communication, negotiation and sales-closing skills

• Experience in Inside Sales / B2C / B2B sales preferred

• Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp follow-ups and CRM

• Target-oriented and confident in handling premium-value customers

• Lighting, interior, furniture, electrical or building-material experience will be an advantage
