Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on incoming inquiries.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available offers to customers.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Follow up with interested customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and product-related inquiries professionally.
- Maintain customer information, call records, and sales reports.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
- Follow up on pending orders and assist customers throughout the sales process.
