JOB DESCRIPTION - SALES COORDINATOR (RAMA GLOBAL)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to support the sales team through enquiry handling, quotations, customer follow-ups, order processing and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, customer-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

·        Prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports and order-related documentation.

·        Track enquiries, leads, follow-ups and sales pipeline using CRM/Excel.

·        Coordinate with sales, logistics, finance, warehouse and operations teams for smooth order processing and timely delivery.

·        Handle customer enquiries, requests and complaints professionally and ensure timely follow-up.

·        Maintain accurate customer, lead and sales activity records.

·        Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams for timely fulfilment.

·        Support the sales team with daily coordination, follow-ups and administrative activities.

·        Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

·        Support after-sales communication and help maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Qualifications & Skills

·        2–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration or a similar role.

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Excellent organisation, follow-up and multitasking abilities.

·        Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; CRM experience is an advantage.

·        Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

·        Ability to work with multiple departments and meet deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits

·        CTC: ₹360000 – ₹420000 per annum, depending on experience and suitability.
