Sales Executive

Job Title: Loan Sales Executive / Telecaller

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Loan Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential customers, and guide them through loan products (Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Home Loans) to close disbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call prospective clients from provided databases and inbound leads to pitch suitable loan options.
• Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, repayment terms, and processing criteria clearly to clients.
• Collect, verify, and follow up on required KYC and financial documentation from applicants.
• Coordinate with backend credit and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely file logins and loan disbursement.
• Maintain clear daily call records, follow-up logs, and pipeline reports.
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Requirements & Skills:

• Education: 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: Freshers with good communication skills or candidates with 6+ months experience in BFSI, loan sales, DSA operations, or outbound telecalling.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, convincing power, active listening, and basic knowledge of financial products.
• Language: Fluent Hindi; functional or basic English.
