Job Description

Sales Manager – Payday Loan Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive payday loan sales and achieve business targets.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
  • Set and monitor team targets & individual KPIs.
  • Handle loan sanctioning and ensure smooth processing.
  • Monitor and coordinate loan disbursement activities.
  • Track daily performance, conversions, and sales productivity.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a target-oriented and performance-driven approach.
