Position: B2B Sales Executive

Location: In-Office – Delhi/NCR
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our in-office sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities and selling PAYLAP HRMS to companies.
Key Responsibilities
Make B2B cold calls and generate leads.
Connect with HR Heads, HR Managers, Admin Heads, Payroll Managers, Founders and Directors.
Understand customer requirements and explain PAYLAP HRMS solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demos.
Handle objections, negotiate and close deals.
Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp and email.
Maintain the sales pipeline and daily activity reports.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Who We're Looking For
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and speaking to senior decision-makers.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
0–3 years of B2B/SaaS sales experience preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
