Job Description
Job Title: Field Sales Executive / B2B Institutional Sales
Company: Aethel Guard Enterprise
Location: Delhi NCR (Central / East Delhi & nearby commercial hubs)
Job Type: Full-Time (On-field)
Salary & Payout Structure:
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 / month (based on interview & experience)
- Incentive / Commission: Flat 10% commission on every successfully closed and paid order plus 10% recurring commission on all repeat orders placed by the same client. (Earn ₹5,000 to ₹50,000+ extra per month).
- Allowances: Petrol / Travel Allowance provided for daily field visits.
About the Role:
Hamein apne professional cleaning chemicals aur housekeeping products (Floor Cleaner, Toilet Cleaner, Glass Cleaner, Room Freshener, Degreaser, Dishwash, etc.) ki direct B2B institutional sales ke liye energetic Field Sales Executive ki zaroorat hai.
Aapko commercial clients tak hamare product samples aur catalogue leke jaana hoga aur bulk deals close karni hongi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hotels, guest houses, commercial offices, hospitals, restaurants, aur residential societies mein jaakar managers/procurement heads se milna.
- Company ka product quotation aur sample present karna aur rates pitch karna.
- Naye institutional clients onboard karna aur regular repeat orders lena.
- Order booking karna aur payment collection process follow karna (Company QR/Cheque ke through).
- Daily visit report WhatsApp/Dashboard par share karna.
Requirements / Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong negotiation skills are welcome; experience in FMCG/housekeeping/chemical sales is a plus).
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
- Assets: Apni Two-Wheeler (Bike / Scooty) aur valid Driving License hona zaroori hai.
- Skills: Confident personality, convincing communication in Hindi, aur active field worker.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
