Job Description
Digital Lead Conversion (WhatsApp & Calls): Handle inbound customer inquiries coming directly from Meta Ads on WhatsApp, understand their health issues with empathy, and guide them to book appointment slots.
Outbound Sales Calling & Tele-Sales: Proactively call prospective digital leads, pitch consultation packages, and follow up to secure conversions.
Field Outreach & Health Camps (For Male Roles): Conduct weekend health check-up camps (BP/Sugar/BMI) in local parks, capture target audience data, and pitch consultation passes.
Walk-in Sales & Counter Conversion: Handle counter walk-in queries during peak evening hours, pitch consultation packages, and convert inquiries. - Retention & Follow-ups: Maintain regular touchpoints with existing clients to manage treatment course renewals and follow-ups.
